Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order, applicable to both full-priced and discounted items.
Hassle-Free Returns
We include a return label in your package and offer a free FedEx pick-up service right from your home, so you don’t need to leave the house to return your items. You may also drop off your return at any nearby FedEx location.
Return proces
We aim to make your return process as seamless as possible. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Complete the return form.
Fill out the return form included with your order, indicating the reason for the return. - Use original packaging.
Please return the items in their original packaging, including all protective materials like poly bags. - Attach the return label.
Place the new return label over the original shipping label on the package. - Schedule a FedEx Pick-up or Drop-Off.
You can schedule a free FedEx pick-up at your delivery address by using this link, or drop off your package at a nearby FedEx service point. Alternatively, you can contact FedEx in your country to organize a pick-up directly with the tracking number provided on the return label. - Refund processing.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Please note, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Yes. Every delivery must be signed for, as we need proof of delivery. We cannot authorize a delivery without a signature, so please make sure you are available to sign for the delivery.
For orders placed before 3 pm, we guarantee same-day shipment.

We only sell the highest quality of cashmere. This means that our fibers measure 14-15.5 microns in diameters and 34-36 mm in length. This is also known as 'A-grade cashmere'.

Our cashmere is coming from the Kashmir goats of the luxurious grasslands in Kashmir. This region is the place where cashmere originally comes from. This because of the climate and the neutral grasslands in this area create the perfect fibers of the cashmere.
