Returns & Exchange

We hope you love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, you may return it within 14 days. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.            

Effortless returns, picked up from your doorstep

Your parcel includes clear return instructions and a return form. Kindly complete and sign the form before sending your item(s) back.

To request a return label, please email us at customerservice@nonchicashmere.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

We offer a FedEx pick-up service right from your home, so you dont no need to leave your house. You may also drop off your return at any nearby FedEx location.

Return process

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete the return form included with your order, stating the reason for return.
  2. Pack the items unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging.
  3. Place the new return label over the original shipping label.
  4. Schedule a FedEx pick-up starting 14 days after delivery, or drop off your package at a FedEx service point. Use the tracking number on the label for pickup coordination.

Refund process

Once received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
