Additional information
Order Processing:
- For orders placed before 3 pm (Amsterdam Time +1 GMT), we guarantee same-day shipment.
- Orders placed after 3 pm will be included with the next day's shipment.
Signature Requirement:
- All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure you are available to sign for your delivery.
Cancellation:
- Once an order has left our warehouse in the Netherlands, we are unable to cancel it.
Returns:
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our full Returns & Exchange policy.
Delays:
- If there is a delay in the supply of goods, we (or FedEx) will inform you as soon as possible.
FedEx:
- We ship mostly with FedEx International Connection Plus, a fast and reliable shipping option. Need it even sooner? Choose FedEx Express for the quickest delivery.
Customs Checks:
- Orders from outside the European Union may be subject to random customs checks, potentially causing delays.
Taxes & Duties:
- We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to USA, Canada and Europe, meaning all customs duties and VAT are included in the price.

Returns & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
We'll pick up your return from home, anywhere in the world
We include a return label in your package and offer a FedEx pick-up service right from your home, so you don’t need to leave the house to return your items. You may also drop off your return at any nearby FedEx location.
Return process
If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:
- Complete the return form
Fill out the return form included with your order, indicating the reason for the return. - Use original packaging
Please return items unworn, with hang tags attached, and in their original packaging. - Attach the return label
Place the new return label over the original shipping label on the package. - Schedule a FedEx pick-up 14 days after delivery.
Arrange a FedEx pick-up at your address or drop off the package at any nearby FedEx service point. You can contact your local FedEx directly for a pick-up using the tracking number provided on the return label. - Refund processing
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
