Returns & Exchange

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.               

We'll pick up your return from home, anywhere in the world

We include a return label in your package and offer a FedEx pick-up service right from your home, so you don’t need to leave the house to return your items. You may also drop off your return at any nearby FedEx location.

Return process

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete the return form
    Fill out the return form included with your order, indicating the reason for the return.
  2. Use original packaging
    Please return items unworn, with hang tags attached, and in their original packaging. 
  3. Attach the return label
    Place the new return label over the original shipping label on the package.
  4. Schedule a FedEx pick-up 14 days after delivery. 
    Arrange a FedEx pick-up at your address or drop off the package at any nearby FedEx service point. You can contact your local FedEx directly for a pick-up using the tracking number provided on the return label. 
  5. Refund processing
    Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
